Alexis Laurentis a contemporary art sculptor based in San Francisco. In 2009 after years of working in 2D in his paintings, he went 3D, opened a brand new gallery that he also uses as his studio. Then he was invited to exhibit solo in a 1800m2 (18,000 sqft) space. In 3 months he produced 7 new large scale sculptures, with a theme relating metal to plants.
